X-men: Days of Future’s Past is my favourite film in the franchise. The storyline is very creative and clever, and has a mind-bending intrigue. I liked how Wolverine took a main role in this film, and how they introduced time-travel. It was fun seeing the young characters and the old characters in different realities! I also think that this movie was really important for Raven’s character development, as they are racing back in time to stop her from causing a problem. The ending is also fantastic, and will leave you wanting more! I would definitely recommend this film, even if you weren’t a big fan of some of the other X-men movies! @PeneleopScriptor of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

At first I thought that I wouldn’t like it. But when the plot comes into full circle, the movie becomes interesting. Good plot, well mapped out throughout the movie, played very well by the characters. Good pace. No lacking of action. visual effects is good not too excessive. The ending is satisfying.

Rogue doesn't show up until the end and its very short. She basically takes over the job of the lady doing the mind job on wolverine and we learn how the sentinels find their hide out. There is a website that does a detail comparison between the original and this cut if you're looking to see every change. For most people, I don't think they'll notice much of a change since the story is pretty much the same.

Yawn-to-the-max! Here we go again! I am sick-to-death of these putrid "X-Men" movies.

Sure it has more Rogue, but I'm not certain it makes the movie any better?

[The young Professor X reads Wolverine's mind and sees many terrible things—Stryker making Logan the Wolverine, Jean dying, the war, etc.]
Professor X: "You poor, poor man. I don't want your suffering! I don't want your future!"

Charles Xavier: The past: a new and uncertain world. A world of endless possibilities and infinite outcomes. Countless choices define our fate: each choice, each moment, a moment in the ripple of time. Enough ripple, and you change the tide... for the future is never truly set.

Tons of quotes in IMDb:
Erik: You built these machines to destroy us. Why? Because you are afraid of our gifts. Because we are different. And humanity has always feared that which is different. Well, I'm here to tell you, to tell the world, you're right to fear us! We are the future! We are the ones who will inherit this earth! And anyone who stands in our way will suffer the same fate as these men you see before you! Today you meant to enslave our power. Instead, I give you a glimpse of the devastation our race will unleash upon yours! Let this be a warning to all of you. And to all my mutant brothers and sisters out there, I say this: no more hiding. No more suffering. You have lived in the shadows in shame and fear for too long. Come out. Join me. Fight together in a brotherhood of our kind! A new tomorrow, it starts today!
