Add a CommentThis books brings to light that happiness may be more genetically derived than we thought.
This book offers complete and effective happiness strategies as well as insight as to what drives our happiness. It was recommended to me by a psychologist. I will probably reread it.
Excellent. Check it out.
If you would like to learn some proven, science-based, methods to boost your level of happiness then this book is very helpful. The research is presented clearly and the practical exercises that are offered really are not difficult to put into practice.
I think it's helpful to read a brief, objective opinion of other readers. I found this book to have a few insightful methods and perspectives to help me more easily go to a happy place. Easy reading as you can bounce around to quickly get through this text.
