I just accidentally came across this one at work and checked it out. In a small, secluded valley in Utah, where it apparently has its own weather, even, 15-year-old Ann Burden ekes out a living for herself, all alone. Her family left to find other survivors of the nuclear bomb war (her brother was supposed to stay with her, but stowed away on one of the trucks) and never came back. So Ann's been alone for a year when a stranger appears, in a green suit no less. Not a business suit, but protective gear that is the only one of its kind. Although it's probably a realistic scenario in which a 30-something man ends up, after extensive traveling and surviving radiation poisoning, with a teenage girl: he feels the need to be in control, of everything. It's scary and sickening. And Claudette, don't read this one.
