Not quite as good at the original, Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day, the sequel contains recipes for whole wheat bread, as well as a variety of breads with cheese, vegetables, fruits, and alternative flours (gluten-free). Delicious, but not quite as life-changing as the first book!
