A diet that advocates 120 g of carbs a day is not a low-carb diet. Well, not at the start anyway. The author is a dietitician who is toeing the line that a diet needs high carbs food like bread, pasta and potatoes in order to have a healthy diet. Nothing could be further from the truth. A complete waste of time. In the end, she's just repeating conventional advice that's available in any diet book.
